Dr. Daniel Tuckerman is an internal medicine board certified Miami Beach native who graduated from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. He then returned back to Miami and completed his internal medicine residency in 2020 at Palmetto General Hospital. Since then he has been practicing primarily as a hospitalist, first at South Miami Hospital, and now at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. He has a strong appreciation for the cultures of South Florida and love serving back. He loves to play tennis, go to the beach, and take long walks with his dog, Brenda.

Chennelle Whitely, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with over 17 years of hands-on experience in healthcare. Her background spans a wide range of settings, including critical care, emergency medicine, urgent care, outpatient services, and orthopedics all of which have shaped her into a well rounded and compassionate provider.

Chennelle has cared for patients of all ages, from tiny newborns to seniors, and brings a calm, steady presence no matter the situation. Whether she’s treating a broken bone, managing a chronic illness like diabetes or high blood pressure, or offering support during a tough ER visit, her focus is always on making patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, where she trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her education and experience have taught her that truly great care is about more than just medicine it’s about building trust, offering encouragement, and meeting people where they are in their health journey.

Chennelle is especially passionate about helping patients manage chronic conditions and understand their health in simple, practical terms. She takes time to explain things clearly, listens without judgment, and works with each person to create a care plan they feel confident about. Her warm, down-to-earth approach helps patients feel empowered and motivated to take charge of their well-being.

Dr. Francesca Momplaisir

Dr. Francesca Momplaisir serves as one of the Clinic Chiropractors at Federal Injury Centers, North Miami. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was raised in South Florida and proudly embraces her Haitian American heritage. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida, where she discovered her passion for chiropractic care and pursued further education at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Her commitment to facilitating healing and balance through the body’s innate intelligence drives her dedication to the field. With over a decade of experience practicing in both Florida and Georgia, Dr. Momplaisir is certified in the Webster Technique and Activator Methods. She has served an array of patients ranging from infants, to slips and falls, auto accident, workman’s comp, pregnancy, and structural instability.

She actively supports organizations such as the League of Chiropractic Women, the American Cancer Society, and Turning Point Fostering LLC. Dr. Momplaisir’s research has been published in the Journal of Upper Cervical Chiropractic Research, highlighting her contributions to the field. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling with her husband of ten years and their three children. Her interests include scrapbooking, crafting, and volunteering with various church organizations. Dr. Francesca Momplaisir aspires to help others, serve her community, and educate patients about the numerous benefits of chiropractic care, all with the goal of enhancing their overall quality of life.
